About
Lisa

Hi, I am Lisa Huseman Hale, 36 years
trainer, and original owner and creator of Z Total Body Fitness,
here in Fenton. For 29 years, I worked for conglomerate gyms, where
members were just a number, a swipe of a card, a face with no name,
just going about their workout, most of them hating to even be
there. My dream was to have my own gym one day. And that one
day was in January 2012, when ZTB was launched, and a new fitness
vibe was born. Where fun meets fitness, where members became my
friends that turned into family members, not just a gym member
without a name. I always wanted a more personal, relational, safe
and fun setting, where all ages and fitness levels would be
welcomed. Where freestyle format classes would always be
different, always challenging, never boring, but always fun, where
time flies by and you can’t believe you’ve been working out for 2
hours. ZTB
has the friendliest members, best instructors with over 100 years
experience in fitness, all on one mission. And I am lucky to call
this place my home. Choose ZTB as your new fitness home, and be part
of our ZTB Family, we will always welcome you with open arms.

Hi,
my name is Linda and I have been practicing Yoga since 1995
and teaching since 2000. I teach Anusara which maybe new to some of
you. My Yoga journey began when I was diagnosed with severe
Osteoporosis at a young age, and after I found out that I was
allergic to the medication, I started Yoga, and totally reversed my
diagnosis. As I patiently grew my practice, I patiently grew as a
person. Yoga taught me to stretch my body, therefore, I learn to
stretch my mind along with it. The patience I gained with myself,
and the outside world, is amazing. I am also trained in the study
of meditation, and I hope to share that with you as well. In my off
Yoga hours, I’m married to Paul, we collectively have 5 children,
and I’m a full time realtor with Coldwell Banker. Hope to see you
soon. Namaste! No one ever regrets raising the bar. EVER!
Hi
there, I'm Ashton! My husband, Caleb, and I have been married since
2012. We had our daughter, Olivia, in 2015 and our son, Henry, in
2017. Becoming a mother has been a huge part of my Zumba journey,
but it first began in 2010. I was in college, home from school, and
like usual, staying up too late. I got sucked into an infomercial
for some kind of dance workout called Zumba. I ordered the DVD set
because I thought it would be fun to try, especially since
traditional working out just wasn't my thing. My love for it began
right then. Throughout the years I'd sporadically do Zumba in my
living room, where my DVD set still sits to this day! However, when
my son was 4 months old, I decided to take a risk. I was ready to
start working out again and I figured the best way to do it was to
get out of my comfort zone and start taking Zumba classes in person,
which I'd never done! I instantly fell in love with it all over
again. Zumba has truly been a saving grace for me. It has not only
helped me with my physical health, it has also me with my mental
health too. Transitioning to motherhood is difficult and finding
something you love and can do for yourself is so important! The
thought of becoming a Zumba instructor came naturally and when I
decided I wanted to do, I worked hard and took the plunge! Again,
very out of my comfort zone. But now, with Zumba, I get my exercise,
I get to have fun, and I get my all important me time! The bonus now
is I get to share my love of Zumba with others and help them
exercise, have fun, and have their me time. ZUMBA!
Hey
Guys! My name is Jamie and I hail from Miami, Florida! I've been a
Zumba & Zumba Gold Instructor for over 2 years now, and I'm
completely obsessed with teaching! Growing up in Miami - I fell in
love with the Latin culture, especially the music! So Zumba was a
perfect fit for me! Working out should be a party - and there's
nothing more I'd rather do than dance the calories away! I am the
wife of a former rockstar (my best friend Tony), and we have 3
children: Courtnie (24), Savannah (22), and Anthony (9). Hope to see
you soon! "Don't be Moody - Shake your Booty!"
Justine

Hi!
My name is Amy and I LOVE ZUMBA!! I remember the day 9 years ago
when my friend asked me try out a Zumba class with her. I was unsure
at first, but the moment the lights went down, and the music went up
I was hooked!! I smiled the whole time and still do for every class.
I became a Zumba instructor 5 years ago, then added Zumba Toning
shortly after. Lovin’ every minute of it!! ❤ I married my love,
Rodney, in 1998. I am a mother of 2 beautiful young ladies, Heather
age 20 and Grace age 17. We have a 5 month old Doberman baby girl-
Duchess. My day job is a third grade teacher, and YES we sometimes
dance in class to get the wiggles out!! :) I am excited to be
joining the ZTB line-up on Wednesday nights! I can’t wait to party
with you on the dance floor!!
Hello,
my name is Chris.
I am a wife and mother of 3 adult
boys. I am also a new mom with a baby Australian Shepherd/Lab mix
named Frankie.
My fitness journey
started about 18 years ago.
I joined a club with some of my
coworkers and started taking group exercises classes during our
lunch hour.
I was so deeply inspired that I
dreamed of one day teaching classes myself.
After a lengthy
career in the corporate world this dream became a reality.
I pursued this passion and became a
certified group exercise instructor through AFAA.
I also continued my fitness
education and received my Barre Above and Senior Fitness
certifications.
I love teaching and
I am super passionate about inspiring and improving the health of
others, and I am so excited to be joining the ZTB team!
I focus a lot on form, posture,
balance, flexibility, and movements that will tone, firm, and sculpt
the body providing modifications along the way so that it serves all
fitness levels.
I do change my classes up often to
keep them interesting, challenging, and of course fun with good
music!
I hope you can join me for class!
Hi
my name is Debbie, Mother of two adult children. I
have been a group fitness instructor for over 30 years and have been
teaching yoga for about 20 years. Yoga not only works your
body, but opens the mind and spirit. Through yoga you can
connect more deeply with yourself. It’s that oasis of peace
and calm where you come to replenish body and mind. Here at Z
Total Body we come together supporting each other, laughing
and sharing. We see and honor the brilliance of ourselves and
each other. Namaste.
Hi
, I’m Nancy and I first began my fitness journey as a
certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor in 1996 and
through the years added a few more certifications such as Cycling ,
Kickboxing and Body Step.
After 19 years of dance and working as a
dental assistant my hobby became working out and taking group
classes which turned into a career where I can help others reach
their fitness goals and give participants a challenging and fun
workout each time they come to my classes.
ZTB offers a wide
variety of classes and amazing instructors keeping it fresh and fun
plus the ZTB family of instructors and members makes it so
easy to show up and get excited to have a healthy life!!!
Hi,
I am Sue. As a child I was always active. I competed in
gymnastics, as well as diving. After my first child was born, I took
up biking and running to lose my baby weight. In 2000, I was
interested in group fitness and became certified, which is when I
started teaching classes. In 2002, I was certified in cycling,
Johnny G style, and taught those classes at St. Louis Workout. Then
in 2004, was certified in another style of cycling, Mad Dog Cycling.
I continued with running and teaching classes, but in 2012, is when
I was introduced to Barre. I loved the workout and started
shadowing. I did that for 2 years, then took it further, so in 2013
went to Nashville, where I became certified in Barre Amped (method).
I now have
been teaching with Z Total Body since 2014, and have fallen in love
with Barre and it’s competitive results I see in the members.
Meet me at the
Barre!!!
