About
Lisa
Hi, I am Lisa Huseman Hale, 40+ years
trainer, and original owner and creator of Z Total Body Fitness,
here in Fenton. For 29 years, I worked for conglomerate gyms, where
members were just a number, a swipe of a card, a face with no name,
just going about their workout, most of them hating to even be
there. My dream was to have my own gym one day. And that one
day was in January 2012, when ZTB was launched, and a new fitness
vibe was born. Where fun meets fitness, where members became my
friends that turned into family members, not just a gym member
without a name. I always wanted a more personal, relational, safe
and fun setting, where all ages and fitness levels would be
welcomed. Where freestyle format classes would always be
different, always challenging, never boring, but always fun, where
time flies by and you can’t believe you’ve been working out for 2
hours. ZTB
has the friendliest members, best instructors with over 100 years
experience in fitness, all on one mission. And I am lucky to call
this place my home. Choose ZTB as your new fitness home, and be part
of our ZTB Family, we will always welcome you with open arms.

Hello,
my name is Chris.
I am a wife and mother of 3 adult
boys. I am also a new mom with a baby Australian Shepherd/Lab mix
named Frankie.
My fitness journey
started about 18 years ago.
I joined a club with some of my
coworkers and started taking group exercises classes during our
lunch hour.
I was so deeply inspired that I
dreamed of one day teaching classes myself.
After a lengthy
career in the corporate world this dream became a reality.
I pursued this passion and became a
certified group exercise instructor through AFAA.
I also continued my fitness
education and received my Barre Above and Senior Fitness
certifications.
I love teaching and
I am super passionate about inspiring and improving the health of
others, and I am so excited to be joining the ZTB team!
I focus a lot on form, posture,
balance, flexibility, and movements that will tone, firm, and sculpt
the body providing modifications along the way so that it serves all
fitness levels.
I do change my classes up often to
keep them interesting, challenging, and of course fun with good
music!
I hope you can join me for class!
Hi
my name is Debbie, Mother of two adult children. I
have been a group fitness instructor for over 30 years and have been
teaching yoga for about 20 years. Yoga not only works your
body, but opens the mind and spirit. Through yoga you can
connect more deeply with yourself. It’s that oasis of peace
and calm where you come to replenish body and mind. Here at Z
Total Body we come together supporting each other, laughing
and sharing. We see and honor the brilliance of ourselves and
each other. Namaste.
Hi,
I am Sue. As a child I was always active. I competed in
gymnastics, as well as diving. After my first child was born, I took
up biking and running to lose my baby weight. In 2000, I was
interested in group fitness and became certified, which is when I
started teaching classes. In 2002, I was certified in cycling,
Johnny G style, and taught those classes at St. Louis Workout. Then
in 2004, was certified in another style of cycling, Mad Dog Cycling.
I continued with running and teaching classes, but in 2012, is when
I was introduced to Barre. I loved the workout and started
shadowing. I did that for 2 years, then took it further, so in 2013
went to Nashville, where I became certified in Barre Amped (method).
I now have
been teaching with Z Total Body since 2014, and have fallen in love
with Barre and it’s competitive results I see in the members.
Meet me at the
Barre!!!
Michelle is a Mom of Sarah, 18 and Cade, 16.
She has 34 years of AFAA certification, in addition to nine current
certifications in other fitness formats.
Also, Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and Masters of Science
in Hospital Administration.
Michelle loves teaching because she loves to see members gain confidence in
themselves. Growing day by day, once they realize they are stronger than they are,
the confidence pours out.
My name is Angie Fister and I am a wife and mother of three. In 2017 I decided I wanted to do more and chose to pursue a career in which I could motivate others while sharing my love and passion for health and fitness. Being a group fitness instructor and personal trainer has provided me the opportunity to give back and help others achieve their health and fitness goals!
